Field Trip/Group Tour Request Form

Requests must be received at least two weeks in advance.
THE EARTHWAYS HOME, AN HISTORIC BUILDING, IS NOT FULLY ACCESSIBLE
Dates and Times available:
Tours are available by reservation only, Monday through Friday,
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The last tour will start at 4:00 PM.
Tours take 1 hour. Requests for days and time outside of this
description are considered on an individual basis and may require
an additional charge.
Tour Fees and Numbers:
$3 per person. $45 minimum. Payment is due at tour time,
in cash or checks made payable to Missouri Botanical Garden.
Maximum
tour size is 30 people, including one adult with each 15 students.
The full tour charge will apply with less than 24 hours cancellation.
Tour Theme and Appropriate Ages:
Visitors explore energy efficiency, recycling and resource
conservation, demonstrated in a residential setting. Appropriate
tour ages
are third grade through adult. Special programs may be arranged
for younger audiences.
How to Register for a Tour:
Please complete and e-mail, fax or mail the form below. Your
tour is not confirmed until you receive a call from our
staff.
Parking:
After dropping off the group, free bus parking is available
on the street near the intersection of Spring and Grandel
Sq., West
of the EarthWays Home. We ask that buses conserve energy
by not idling. We invite the bus driver to wait inside
or join
the tour
at no cost. Metered parking for cars is available on
Grandel Square.
